We all buy the same coffee, the same water, get our hair cut at the same place, and... — a series of recurring purchases we keep doing "manually", without getting anything in return, and even when we had the option to subscribe, it had to be managed through a handful of different, disconnected, apps. No more!
Subclue is a centralized subscription management platform designed to unify recurring consumer purchases into a single ecosystem. The application replaces fragmented manual tracking with an all-in-one hub that provides users full visibility over recurring transactions.
By integrating hyper-local service providers with automated billing architectures, the platform eliminates unexpected costs, optimizes repeat ordering, and streamlines subscriber engagement.
Product Strategy & Multi-Platform Architecture
I joined for a six-month contract to lead the end-to-end product strategy, visual identity system, and interface architecture. My objective was to design the entire digital ecosystem, including the consumer web platform, native mobile applications, and the complex web-based back-office administrative console.
To anchor the platform's visual identity, I developed a clean, minimalist line-art illustration framework paired with a high-contrast signature green color system to build instant brand equity. The user experience was engineered around transaction transparency and structural clarity.
Across both consumer touchpoints and dense back-office workflows, the design prioritizes data scannability, friction-free navigation models, and robust multi-tiered dashboard structures built to scale alongside user operations.
Subclue is currently in development, with an exciting launch planned for fall 2026.
